It allows your patients to review the concepts,
one by one, by coloring them,
while doing a zen and introspective activity :)

They then have a document to bring in the birth bag,
as a reminder for her and the person accompanying her!

The poster can also decorate yours walls
so that you can refer to it as a visual aid
during your consultations or during deliveries.

There’s 2 versions of the birth poster,
one with Pale Skin & Straight hair
and another with Dark skin & Curly Hair.

Who is the creator ?

Hello, I am Orbie!

I am an illustrator and mom of two young kids. We live on the Gaspe coast, in Quebec (Canada).

I am a person who needs a visual representation to understand and memorize things, and also to be able to pass on the information to others. I develop illustrated tools for me and my family, but also to share with other parents and parents-to-be.

I also like to develop family games to offer my children a playful and positive education. :)

Pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, baby sign language are all subject that I am passionate about.

STORY OF THE CONCEPTION OF THE BIRTH IMAGE

I developed this tool after taking childbirth classes with a great doula.
I wrote notes for my childbirth and I made some drawings.
During my second pregnancy, I got into the hospital two weeks beforehand,
so I had a looooooot of free time to get ready and (re)read about physiological birth.

I wrote new notes to remember the key points of the readings and made a cheat sheet.
That is how this tool was born. 

Since then, it has helped many women through this wonderful processes that are labour and delivery.
This is an upgraded version of what I draw at the hospital.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THIS LICENSE

The licence includes:

Distribution right

An A4 (8.5″ X 11″) version to print and colour that you can give to all of your patients (only yours) to help them get ready to childbirth.
(There is also an A4 colour version.)

Impression right

A high resolution version to print as a poster to hang in your practice or office,
size A2 (17″X24″)

Large posters
at cost price

A 35% promo code, is included on the purchase of the A2 poster.
(In case you prefer to receive the poster by mail instead of making the request to a printer)

Paper only

Digital files cannot be distributed to your patients, only the printed version.

However, exceptions are possible, on request. Email me if you wish to make this use.
(I’m more flexible on this, since the pandemic)

1 professional = 1 license

This licence can be used with the patients of only ONE health professional. The files cannot be shared between colleagues nor photocopied.

Instead, tell them to send me an email. :)

There is also a group price available if you are some health professionals who want to use it :

There is no time limit.
(You don’t need to renew the licence after three or five years, it is valid for life)
